TiPS- to email to Grade 1-8 teachers to improve understanding of the needs of the student with hearing loss. Getting one tip at a time has been an effective strategy for implementation. Focusing on one strategy each week reduces anxiety and results in an improvement in best practice tECH-niques for their students with hearing loss.
