Kathleen A. Arnoldi, M.A., worked as a teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing and a lead teacher for St Paul (MN) Public Schools’ Programs for Deaf/Hard of Hearing Students for 37 years and taught in the University of Minnesota in the Deaf/Hard of Hearing Teacher Training Program. She participated in writing pertinent legislation for students with hearing loss and their families, developing eligibility criteria for special education services and creating licensure requirements for teachers of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing in Minnesota. Kathy is certified in Elementary Education and Deaf/Hard of Hearing Education, birth through age 21, and holds a master’s degree in Educational Administration. She has collaborated with Karen Anderson to develop continuing education webinars and consultation services for parents and professionals via Supporting Success for Children with Hearing Loss.
