Listen & Draw Pumpkins is a fun, easy no-prep, print-and-go activity. Following listening directions can build auditory memory and sequencing skills which is beneficial for children learning spoken language.

Children listen to detailed descriptions and then draw Jack-o-Lanterns for four different children. The four pumpkins can be drawn on page 4 featuring the children or a separate piece of paper. Details can be easily simplified or information added to increase the complexity to match the child’s listening and language goals.
